Course Description:
This course helps prepare students for the CompTIA Strata: IT Technology for Sales certification exam. Students will learn about computer components, software licenses and installation, printing technologies, CPU features and functions, memory, data storage devices, and networks. Students will also learn about computer maintenance and safe work practices. Finally, students will learn about the sales process and ways to build and maintain client relationships.
