Royal Dutch Shell selects Quint Wellington Redwood as worldwide partner for ITIL® v3 education

Royal Dutch Shell plc has selected Quint Wellington Redwood as its partner for ITIL® version 3 education. The coming three years Quint will supply ITIL® courses worldwide for Shell employees.

Training
Target staff within the Shell organization includes IT Business Interface staff; operational IT staff; team leaders in operations management roles; IT service managers and IT process owners. Quint offers the Intermediate, Expert and Master modules of ITIL® v3 and the Bridging modules between ITIL® v2 and v3. One of the reasons Royal Dutch Shell plc has chosen Quint is the capability to offer training worldwide in different learning types, deploying local staff. Learning types include open enrollments, classroom based, virtual and e-learning.
