The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has incorporated Quint Wellington Redwood’s Sourcing Governance Foundation-training in its worldwide program for Certified Outsourcing Professional®. As a result, participants of IAOP’s COP program will receive 25 study points for completing the Quint training.

Training is a necessity
The strong trend of outsourcing IT services puts increasing demands on all managers and professionals involved. They need to be educated on the most important principals and concepts of outsourcing and sourcing governance. Without adequate sourcing governance it proves to be hardly possible to provide the necessary IT services within the boundaries of both optimal costs and conditions as well as transparent reporting.

Sourcing Governance Foundation
Sourcing Governance Foundation trainees learn the basic concepts of outsourcing and sourcing governance. The interactive approach, combining theory with discussion and Quint Wellington Redwood’s numerous best practices, prepares trainees for the Sourcing Governance Foundation exam.  At the same time this approach guarantees practical applicability.
